It is you responsibility to inform us with if you are entitled to funded hours before the term starts. Please enter all the information correctly and enter your funding code. Failure to apply for funding, will result in full fee payments. The nursery is not responsible (or able to change) for any missed claim/ code periods.

Please ensure you monitor your emails from the gov account, as every term you will need to re-confirm your funding code. Failure to do so means you will fall into the ‘grace period’ potentially missing all funding claims.

Please note section 4 can be completed by the setting if you wish and will be based on the below. please mark the days of attendance with the following information (hours rounded up for ease), hours based on 51 weeks a year and 38 weeks of funded spread across them. Based on opening hours 7.30am - 6.30pm

 

If you are 15 hours funded and attend 2 to 5 days the claim of funded hours per day are as follows:

 

​2 days - 5.6 funded / 5.4 non funded

3 days - 3.7 funded / 7.3 non funded

4 days - 2.8 funded / 8.2 non funded

5 days - 2.2 funded / 8.8 non funded

If you are 30 hours funded and attend 2 to 5 days the claim of funded hours per day are as follows:

 

2 days - 7.5 funded / 3.5 non funded (max claim nursery makes is 20 hours as per gov policy)

3 days - 7.5 funded / 3.5 non funded

4 days - 5.6 funded / 5.4 non funded

5 days - 4.5 funded / 6.5 non funded
